The Nebraska Chinese Association will be hosting the One Community Cultural Festival on Sun, Aug 11 from 11am-7pm at Aksarben Village Stinson Park in Omaha, Nebraska. This cultural event hosted by the Nebraska Chinese Association is intended to unite local nonprofit cultural associations, and will raise money for victims of the 2019 flood in Nebraska and Iowa. Kokyo Taiko will be performing from 5-5:30 pm. We hope to see you there! Click here for more information.

Playing for their pre-parade on Main St., Sun. 7/14, around 12:30pm...and yes, it's been HOT the previous years we've performed for them!
We'll be performing at the Pasta for Patera dinner hosted by employees of 24th Street Animal Clinic in Omaha. Dr. Kim Patera was a co-worker of one of Kokyo Taiko's members, and she recently passed away from cancer. The event is open to the general public, and all proceeds will benefit Kim's family to assist with medical bills, etc.
